Capitol Creative Showcase
The Capital Creative Showcase (CCS) is Sacramento’s premier expo for local creative talent, highlighting the best in independent video games, tabletop games, art, film, and music. Hosted annually by the Sacramento Developer Collective, CCS provides a platform for professional and student creators to showcase their work, connect with the community, and gain valuable feedback. CCS emphasizes creativity, innovation, and collaboration, offering attendees a chance to directly engage with the people making the games and media they love. With dozens of exhibitors, student showcases, and interactive experiences, CCS is where Sacramento’s creative community comes together to shine.
Progressive Game Jam
Progressive Game Jam (PGJ) is a game development program that is designed to simulate a real-world industry game development project. It is formatted as a game jam where individuals pitch ideas, form teams, and build their own game project within given constraints.
PGJ Educational Edition
Progressive Game Jam Educational Edition (PGJ ED) is an educational program designed with the same fundamentals we’ve used in our Progressive Game Jam program over the last nine years. The goal of the PGJ programs is to provide an experience for the participants that spans the full development lifecycle of producing a video game product.
